Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours prior to arrival date without penalty via phone or email (ie before 2pm the day before arrival date)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled arrival date will be charged one nights room rate. (ie after 2pm the day before arrival date)
PEAK SEASON CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS (20th December - 20th January)
Cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival date - no fee
Cancellations within 7 -3 days of arrival date - 50% of total booking
Cancellations within 3 days of arrival date - 100% of total booking
No Shows – 100% of total booking
