Terms & Conditions
- You must be over 18 years of age to book and stay at the Merimbula Sea Spray Motel.
- We are an ADULTS only property.
- We are a NO smoking property, heavy penalties apply if you smoke in your room.
- Smoking is NOT permitted on the balcony or patio.
- To change your booking you must contact Merimbula Sea Spray Motel directly by calling 02-6495-3299 or emailing the property e: info@seaspraymotel.com.au
- Bookings made by third party websites must be changed by contacting the third party, note: third part websites will impose a cancellation fee if outside of their fee free terms to cancel.
- Guests may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours prior to arrival date without penalty via phone or email (ie before 2pm the day before arrival date)
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled arrival date will be charged one nights room rate. (ie after 2pm the day before arrival date)
- Full payment is taken on day of arrival.
- All bookings must be secured with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Visa and Mastercard attract a 1% surcharge, Amex and Diners a 3% surcharge.
- No show bookings will be charged the full overnight charge plus credit card surcharge and any remaining nights will be cancelled.
- Checkin is between 2pm and 6.30pm, outside of these hours is by prior arrangement only. We will do our best to assist you with early check-in but it is dependant on availability.
- Cooking is NOT permitted in the motel rooms, some units have kitchenettes with microwave, toaster and kettle; only these electrical items can be use. It is prohibited by Fire and Insurance restrictions to use electric frying pans, sandwich makers and other nonsupplied appliances.
